Meditation is a process to internalize the mind, cessation of the perpetual flow of thoughts and make the self reveal its true nature. It is a state in which the mind becomes absolutely tranquil and begins to contemplate on its own nature in order to attain purification. In this way, the gross, subtle and the real body becomes completely untainted and purified.

Meditation is the prime most method to meet the challenges of modern life. With the help of meditation, the body, mind, intellect and consciousness get purified.
